Who we are. This site is operated by MTM Sports Cards, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Throughout these policies, “MTM Sports Cards,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MTM Sports Cards, LLC.
Accepting these terms. By creating an account or using MTM Sports Cards, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. One account per person. Your public identity is your username, not your email. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
If you contribute checklist data, you confirm that you are reading it from a physical card you own and that you are not copying it from any website, app, database, price guide, forum, or other published source. Card numbers and player names are facts. By submitting, you grant MTM Sports Cards a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, correct, publish, and display that factual checklist data as part of the archive. You keep your own knowledge; you are simply letting us include the facts you read off your card.
You may ask us to curate specific cards. We work requests in the order we can and do our best, but we do not guarantee that any request will be completed, or completed by a particular time.
Do not use the site to break the law, harass anyone, upload abusive or inappropriate content, scrape or bulk-copy the site, or copy another party’s checklist compilation onto the site. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The site’s original text, design, and the checklist archive we build are owned by MTM Sports Cards, LLC. Company names, team names, player names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe cards.
The site and its checklists are provided “as is” and for reference only. We do not warrant that every entry, price, or availability is accurate, complete, or current. Verify any listing before you buy.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MTM Sports Cards, LLC and its members, managers, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which for a free account is zero. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you. You agree to use the site at your own risk.
We may update these Terms or the site, and we may suspend or close accounts that break the rules. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
